we all know that what we use on our bodies to look after them is important, not only because it keeps our skin in good condition but because it can boost our sense of wellbeing too. But the thing that is becoming so critical in our quest for improved wellbeing is our understanding of the impact of what we put into our bodies ….our food.

I don’t know about you but it seems like it’s only in the last 10 years or so, that we are surrounded with information and research about just how much impact what we eat and drink can have on our wellbeing. I mean we always knew that sugar and salt were bad for us, but now? Well, now they are considered to be some of the worst ingredients you can put in your body (something Sandra will also talk about in her piece below), so now more than ever, you should be paying attention to what you consume.

The other element even more critical than food is hydration….you know…drinking enough water.
